(2)Aircraft crew members and passengers for the purpose of embarkation or disembarkation.
(Use of Facilities by Aircraft)
Article 6. Any person who intends to use the government managed facilities which are established for the purposes of aircraft landing and takeoff, parking, and hangar services, shall report such intention in advance to the Airport Administrator, providing the following information and the same shall apply to the case in which he intends to make a change thereto:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Types of aircraft to be used and registration marks;
(3)Dates/times of the intended use;
(4)Facilities to be used and the purpose for said use.
2. The Airport Administrator may issue to the person referred to in the preceding paragraph the necessary instructions for the management of the airport in relation to the use of the airport by his aircraft, or may add conditions thereto.
3. The Airport Administrator may order any person who fails to comply with the instructions or conditions under the preceding paragraph to suspend his use of the airport or adopt other remedial measures, to the extent necessary for the proper management of the airport.
(Directive on Implementation of Inspection)
Article 6-(2). The Airport Administrator may, for the purpose of eliminating possible harm to passengers, aircraft at the airport, direct any aircraft operator using the airport to effect an inspection on passengers and their hand luggage which is to be transported in aircraft, in accordance with the methods which may be designated by the Airport Administrator.
2. The provisions under paragraph 3 of the preceding Article shall apply accordingly to the case in which an aircraft operator fails to comply with the instructions referred to in the preceding paragraph.
(Installation of Facilities, etc.)
Article 7. Any person who intends to lease, install or acquire lands, buildings or any other facilities within the airport, shall submit an application for approval in duplicate to the Director of the Regional Civil Aviation Bureau through the Airport Administrator, providing the following information:
(1)Name and address;
(2)Types of facilities intended for lease, installation or acquisition, and the purpose thereof
(3)Reasons for the installation, acquisition or lease of said facilities;
